The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new two span, two lane bridge to replace the existing bridge on the Buckland Valley Rd over the Buckland River, Buckland.
The existing two-span bridge is to be retained and the new bridge is to be constructed on a new alignment approximately 20m downstream.
The new bridge has been designed in accordance with the requirements of AS5100-2004 with an SM1600 design load capacity.
