The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of landscape and civil works for Myrtle St and Jubilee Park, Myrtleford. These works are part of the Alpine Better Places project and are intended to enhance road safety and the open spaces in the Myrtleford CBD.
The Invitation to Tender comprises two separable portions:
• Portion A: Myrtle St - Landscape and civil works
• Portion B: Jubilee Park - Landscape and civil works, including toilet upgrade, BBQ area and shelters
Tenders will be accepted for either;
• All of Portions A & B or,
• Either one of Portion A or B only
In the case that only a portion of the total scope has been tendered, the schedules applicable to that portion only must be filled in. The Schedules not applicable to a partial tender must be crossed out.
The Alpine Shire Council reserves the right to: let separate Contracts for Portions A & B; or to combine both Portions into one single Contract.
