The Contract provides for the whole of the works specified in Schedule 3.2 and as described in Attachment 2, including:
Part A:
New internal building works of existing Myrtleford Library building.
The works include:
- Site Establishment and preliminaries
- Demolition
- General Building Works in accordance with Specified plans (Attachments ##-##)
- Provision of all materials
- Co-ordination with Authorities
- Detailed management of all works as required
- Provision of certificates
- As-constructed documentation and warranties
- 12 month defect liability period
Part B:
New landscape works of existing Myrtleford Library landscape.
The works include:
- Site establishment, including location or existing services.
- Environmental management including dust control and protection of existing trees and plantings to be retained.
- General Landscape works in accordance with Specified plans (Attachments ##- ##)
- Provision of all materials
- Co-ordination with Authorities
- Detailed management of all works as required
- Provision of certificates
- As-constructed documentation and warranties
- 12 month defect liability period
