Request for consultancy services to address some of the key issues identified of the recent review of the Maternal and Child Health Service for Alpine Shire, including:
• Work with identified neighbouring Councils/M&CH services to explore opportunities for shared resourcing for MCH service delivery across the identified locations and where there is an opportunity to work together, develop a model on how this would work.
• Provide benchmarking of pay rates of M&CH staff: M&CH Coordinators and M&CH Nurses from M&CH services located across Victoria. This information will be used to feed into the next Alpine Shire Council EBA negotiations.
• Develop a Maternal & Child Health service policy and procedure manual for the Alpine service that may be adaptable to other M&CH services.
