• Gold support with:
o local business hours online support
o 24x7x365 Telephone Support,
o Prioritized Telephone Support for P1 critical issues,
o unlimited access to Mimecast online Community and knowledge base,
o service monitoring, alerting and reporting,
o Named Customer Success Manager,
o annual service review
