Demolition
The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably licenced and experienced contractors for the demolition of Friendship House Myrtleford. The building is approximately 560m2 in floor area and mainly of timber construction. A small amount of asbestos is also present in the building.
A large focus of the contract will be the protection of 11 large trees during the demolition process. Tenderer’s are encouraged to include comment in their methodology regarding the protection of trees within the worksite and working within the Tree Protection Zones (TPZ).
All demolition works are to be carried out in accordance with the WorkSafe Demolition Compliance Code - Demolition (December 2019)
In submitting a Tender the Tenderer acknowledges they are bound by the Conditions of Tender and accompanying Tender Documents.
