Alpine Shire Council is seeking quotations for the detailed design of the Mount Beauty Airport upgrade to be based on the concept geometric design recently completed. It will involve the provision of detailed drawings (plans, long-sections and cross-sections) and complementary detailed specifications to be used for subsequent tendering of the construction. The designer will also need to work in collaboration with independent flood modelling consultants in a reiterative process to develop flood mitigation options to be incorporated in the final design.
