The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for road construction works on Buckland Valley Road, Buckland. The roads is currently unsealed and has little to no crushed rock pavement on sections of the existing formation. The works include road base construction, sealing and minor drainage works. The work is to be undertaken from the end of the existing seal past the new Buckland Bridge to the start of the next sealed section of the road near Cemetery Road (approx. 3.3km), to the lengths and widths provided in the schedule.
