The Myrtleford Landfill is located at 78 Morrisons Lane, Barwidgee, Victoria.
Council seeks the services of a Commercial Builder to deliver Office Fit Out works to an existing structure at the Myrtleford Transfer Station. The works are predominantly Fit-Out works including suspended ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, wet area fit-out, glazing, building services and minor external pavement works. Additionally, the office will be connected to an on-site sewerage treatment or retention system, these works will be treated as a Provisional Sum allowance in the contract with the final technical solution required being a Design and Construct solution agreed between the successful tenderer and the Alpine Shire. The intended outcome is to fit out an existing steel structure to provide office space for the operating staff operating at the transfer station as well as staff amenities and ablutions.
