Alpine Shire Council are seeking the services of suitably qualified consultants to undertake the master planning of three integral sport and recreation locations across Alpine Shire as follows:
1. Pioneer Park, Bright
2. Mount Beauty Sports and Education Precinct, Mount Beauty
3. Myrtleford Town Centre
The draft Alpine Shire Sport and Active Recreation Plan has identified a need to review and upgrade these locations and Council is committed to our vision of active, connected and liveable communities through the provision of gender equitable and accessible sporting facilities and reserves that maximise the use of our spaces.
The project will be divided into three separable portions as outlined below.
This Contract provides for the whole of works specified in Schedule 3.2, but the initial scope of the project is for Part A only:
Part A: Desktop research and draft concept designs with Council briefing presentation
Part B: Community engagement with second Council briefing for public exhibition
Part C: Final designs, 3D elevations and cost estimates with final Council briefing for adoption
