The Alpine Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide building condition reports on 91 Council structures.
Building condition assessments are technical inspections to evaluate the physical state of building elements and services to prioritise maintenance and renewal needs. Reliable information of the physical state of the Alpine Shire’s buildings is required to develop appropriate actions and strategies for maintenance and renewal budgets.
The objectives of this tender are to collate infrastructure component data in a suitable format, develop a prioritised 10-year maintenance program and enable planning for asset renewal and upgrade.
