The demountable site office should include a toilet with a dividing wall, a vanity unit, air conditioning, vinyl flooring, a kitchen cupboard with a sink and tapware, a hot water unit, junction box, pad footings, LED lights, double powerpoints, windows, external and Internal doors, sunshade/canopy, deck, offset screen for servicing and furniture including office desk/chair, shelves and safe box.
