Alpine Shire Council is seeking to implement a new Corporate Intranet solution using Microsoft Modern SharePoint. It is envisaged that the development of a new intranet will align with best practice design, build and implementation principles in the industry. The goal of the intranet is also to create a digital community, or ‘home away from home’ for staff to personalise their home screen, prioritise the links and applications that they use regularly and create a space for staff engagement and connection.
The new intranet should support users with a Digital Workspace, be intuitive to use and engaging, and allow publishing by users within Council and built with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) principles.
This invitation is for the submission of a quotation for the provision and implementation of its Corporate Intranet solution. Key objectives are contained within this document and its appendices.
