The Alpine Shire Council is seeking offers from a suitably experienced and resourced Contractor/Operator for the provision of wet and dry plant hire, for a two-year period ending June 2024.
Plant items include:
Tip Truck
Prime mover and Dog/Tag along Trailer
Prime mover with Tri Axle Float/ Low Loader
Prime mover with Tri Quad Float/ Low Loader
Grader
Front End Loader (with scales)
10-20 Tonne Excavator
20-30 Tonne Excavator
Roller – Smooth Drum
Water Tanker
To meet Procurement Policy requirements, the Alpine shire wishes to identify suitable Contractor/Operators and implement a pre-approved supplier list for the above items to use for services delivered across the Alpine Shire.
Upon receiving Tenderer’s responses, Alpine Shire will evaluate and choose the optimum vendor model, selecting the most suitable contractors per region based on value for money, qualifications and performance, environmental and social outcomes.
This pre-approved supplier list will be reviewed after the first year.
