Council is seeking a contractor to deliver a series of Family Entertainment Evenings including all equipment, and suitable staffing necessary to conduct the events. Family friendly action activity entertainment incorporating blow up structures/activations, or other. Three evening events across the proposed dates above, one each in Myrtleford, Bright and Mount Beauty.
• Bump in & out infrastructure in a timely manner by agreement with Alpine Shire Council.
Alpine Shire Council will provide:
• Suitable secure location/s.
• Security if deemed necessary for evening sessions.
