The Alpine Shire Council seeks to appoint a D&C Head Contractor to manage and deliver works that include the construction of a new water play park in Lewis Avenue, Myrtleford. The Water Play Park Project shall consider environmentally sustainable design practices, with the aim of delivering a facility that is energy, water and operationally efficient. The scope of the project is to design and construct the complete water play park including:
• Splash pads and all water play fixtures.
• Lighting and electrical requirements.
• Water Supply/Operating System.
• Toilet facilities, shelters, furniture and landscaping.
