The Apline Shire Council is requesting quotations from a suitable experienced contractor to
provide a demountable site office at the Porepunkah Transfer Station.
The demountable site office needs to be 9mx3m and needs to include a toilet with a dividing
wall, a vanity unit, air conditioning, vinyl flooring, a kitchen cupboard with a sink and tapware,
a hot water unit, junction box, pad footings, LED lights, double PowerPoints, windows,
external and Internal doors, sunshade/canopy, deck, offset screen for servicing and furniture
including office desk/chair, shelves and safe box. The height of the ceiling needs to be 2.7m.

The Contractor will also be responsible for providing all plumbing reticulation for the toilet,
e.g. water supply from the water tank and reticulation to the septic tank and including the
septic tank. The septic tank will need to be sized to accommodate the staff for five days a
week every month. The septic tank will need to be self-contained and must be pumped out
twice a year.
A generator and solar panels provide the present power supply to the site office. The
contractor will be required to provide provisions for a new connection.
