Alpine Shire Council is seeking proposals from a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager / Lead Consultancy to engage and manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects and related service providers to provide professional advice and guidance in large scale planning projects such as the Bright Valley Development project.
The appointed Project Manager / Lead Consultancy will be required to either undertake or engage suitably qualified sub consultants to assist in providing professional advice and guidance. The team will need to consist of:
• Project Manager
• Landscape Architect
• Civil / Development Engineer
• Town Planner with greenfield implementation expertise
• Traffic Engineer
• Arborist
• Public Relations Advisor
• Compliance Officer
