Alpine Shire Council is seeking to implement a new online engagement platform using a ready-made tool that’s proven to be suitable for local government engagement. It is envisaged that the engagement tool will align with best practice design, build and implementation principles in the industry.
The goal of the platform is to provide Council with a place to share information about projects, host engagement opportunities with a suite of engagement tools, and ultimately help to create meaningful and accessible engagement opportunities that improve community representation in our decision-making. 
This invitation is for the submission of a quotation for the provision and implementation of an online engagement platform solution. Key objectives are contained within this document and its appendices.
