Futures and Growth Vision and Works Program. The Alpine Shire Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced strategic planning consultants to work with the new Futures and Growth department in identifying their vision and strategic direction across Strategic Planning, Sustainability and Economic Development.
The new department are currently undergoing a review and refinement of their activities due to the appointment of new team members and are seeking to respond to the changing needs of the community.
The objective is to establish a clearly defined vision and work program that aligns with the Council's objectives and facilitates internal discussion, understanding, and effective prioritisation.
The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting interviews, workshops, and research to identify and document the department's vision and associated work program.
