Alpine Shire Council are seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an assessment of all sports ovals, tennis courts and netball courts within Alpine Shire municipality.
The purpose of this project is to conduct a comprehensive review of the sports ovals, tennis courts, and netball courts within the Alpine Shire. The primary objective is to assess the current condition, functionality, and performance of these sporting facilities with a focus on irrigation, drainage, playing surfaces, and overall site topography.
The project aims to identify existing issues, provide recommendations for improvements, and estimate the associated costs for both remedial and enhancement works. This initiative aligns with our commitment to ensuring that the residents of Alpine Shire have access to high-quality, safe, and sustainable sporting facilities.
This tender is separated out into three portions:
Part A: Sports Ovals, Rectangles and Baseball
Part B: Tennis Courts
Part C: Netball Courts
Whilst this project will focus on Part A as a priority, it is expected that tenderers will provide a quote for all three parts as separable portions.
