Alpine Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the construction and fitout of an office, located at the Myrtleford Transfer Station.
The Alpine Shire Council has been awarded funding through the Victorian Government’s Circular Economy Councils Fund for The Myrtleford Tip Shop. As part of this project, Alpine Shire Council will also be delivering upgraded office facilities to the Myrtleford Transfer Station, to support Tip Shop operations.
The project involves the installation of an office in an existing e-waste shed. This project will utilise existing design drawings (attached) for the construction and fitout of the office, which include a main office, kitchenette, bathroom and storeroom.
A condition of the grant funding is that the Tip Shop Office be constructed and operational by June 2024.
