PART A
Council is seeking the services of an appropriately skilled and qualified licensed surveyor to confirm the:
1. current alignment of the Wandi Walk within the Study Area;
2. extent to which the current alignment of the Wandi Walk within the Study Area is located (a) on private property as opposed to
(b) public land;
3. location of the current boundaries of public land within the Study Area; and
4. location of other existing trails and paths within the Study Area.
PART B
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified professional to assist Council to identify realistic options to relocate the Wandi Walk onto public land in the short, medium and long term.
The identification of potential relocation options should identify and take into account known physical constraints within the Study Area (desktop assessment only, it is not envisaged that physical constraints would be subject to new / detailed analysis at the option identification stage) and include consideration of the potential for Wandi Walk to connect where necessary with other existing trails and paths within the Study Area.
The relative strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each identified option should be outlined in a brief (dot point) SWOT analysis format.
Any fee proposal should provide a cost for PART A and PART B separately.
