The Alpine Shire Council (Council) requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to assist in a workplace cultural transformation program.
Council is seeking to partner with a consultant that will assist with the development of culture and capability across the whole organisation.
Council is experiencing substantial change and transformation through delivery of consistent and connected customer experience, digital and process transformation and an enhanced focus on employee safety and wellbeing.
Central to this transformation will be aligning employees with Council’s corporate vision and values and developing their empowerment and capability.
We are seeking to partner with a consultant to assist with:
• Engagement with leaders to achieve rationalisation and alignment to the vision, to provide a streamlined view of where we are going and set us up for the future;
• Engagement with all employees to refresh the corporate values framework;
• Develop leaders’ connection, communication and coaching capabilities;
• Enhancing personal capacity in resilience, change and adaptability.
