The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to manage the overall site and deliver works for the refurbishment of the Tawonga Memorial Hall located at Lot 44 Kiewa Valley Highway, Tawonga, Victoria. The works includes both minor building extensions and building refurbishments.
New building works include storage and meeting room additions and modifications. Refurbishment works include renovation of the existing bathrooms, meeting rooms, and kitchen. Works will also include an upgrade to building sewer, potable water pipework, electrical systems, air conditioning and mechanical services. External works include fascia repairs, general cleaning, painting and upgraded stormwater pits and pipes.
The successful tenderer will need to be a Victorian Registered Building Practitioner and hold Victorian Commercial Construction Licence.
