The purpose of this contract is to enable the Alpine Shire to make value for money selections for building maintenance services. The Contract is valid until 30th June 2026.
The Alpine Shire wishes to identify suitable contractors to implement building maintenance services either by region or across the entire Alpine Shire.
There is an expectation that a range of services can be provided. This may include small building renewals, general carpentry work, small painting works, patch up plastering, realigning/repairing doors, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, removing graffiti, repairing damage/vandalism or general clean up.
