The purpose of this contract is to enable the Alpine Shire to make value for money selections of suitable contractors for HVAC servicing and installations under $20,000 across the entire Alpine Shire. The Contract is valid until 30th June 2026.
In completing this Tender, an all-inclusive hourly service rate is to be quoted along with a percentage mark up on materials. In addition, as an indication of a likely installation, quote the install of 2 x 9kW reverse cycle inverter split systems at Bright Sports Centre.
It is expected that while conducting the service, minor on the spot repairs should be completed. Other works to be invoiced separately.
