The intent is to provide a site office that is 9mx3m and include a toilet with a dividing wall, a vanity unit, air conditioning, vinyl flooring, a kitchen cupboard with a sink and tapware, a hot water unit, junction box, pad footings, LED lights, double PowerPoints, windows, external and Internal doors, and furniture including office desk/chair, shelves and safe Box. The height of the ceiling needs to be 2.7m. The site office needs to be intergarated into the shed by removing the Sheds sliding doors 2 x (4.5m long X 3.4m high)
It is anticipated that this contract will be delivered in two key phases: design and construction.
