CT15/001 - Detailed Design and Construction for upgraded Skate Park Facilities in Cundy Park, Myrtleford
The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the detailed design and construction of upgraded skate park facilities in Cundy Park, Myrtleford.
The upgrade works will be undertaken in 2 stages:
1. The detailed design and construction of upgraded existing skate park facilities and ancillary works, as well as the detailed design of additional skate ramps and runs.
2. The construction of the additional skate ramps and runs.
This contract is for the stage 1 works only. Stage 2 will be subject to a future contract.
A concept has previously been prepared for these works; however, further design resolution is required to enable the Stage 1 works to fit the allocated budget range of $140,000 to $160,000. Due to funding requirements, the works must be implemented prior to the end of 2015.
