Alpine Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for future use of approximately 3.5ha of crown land located at “recreation reserve” Frasers Lane/ Canyon Walk Bright for a three year lease period.
The parcel of land is prominently located at the entrance to Bright on the Great Alpine Road, behind the Bright Sports Centre. The land is currently licensed for grazing and located in a Public Park and recreation zone.
EOI’s should detail the proposed use of the land, preferred lease terms and any further requirements of Council.
