The Contract provides for the following works:
• Supply and installation of a 25kW heating capacity indoor and outdoor unit.
• Removal and safe disposal of existing indoor and outdoor unit.
• Supply and installation of a new supply and return air transition.
• Coordination with Alpine Shire Council’s Project Manager and the nominated electrical contractor for all electrical connections to the new unit. For clarity, the scope of this contract excludes all electrical works.
• Coordination with Alpine Shire Council’s Project Manager and the nominated building contractor for site access and planning works within the overall office refurbishment program.
• Commissioning / balancing of the unit.
• Programming of the unit with appropriate winter and summer cycles.
