The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of Mountain Bike Trails on Council owned land at Dinner Plain. The total length of new trail to be constructed is 3.3 kilometres which will integrate with the existing trail network.
The subject site is located in sub-alpine woodland which has a high conservation status. Trail construction must be in accordance with the methodology described in the Trail Construction Plan.
An on-site information session will be held at Dinner Plain on 11.00 am, Friday 24th November. It is strongly recommended that prospective Tenderers attend this session and should register their intention to attend by contacting Simon Jones on 0409658339 or via email, simonj@alpineshire.vic.gov.au. Although attendance at the pre-tender information session is not compulsory, attendance will be considered during the tender evaluation process.
