The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the upgrading and repairs to three road bridges comprising the Roberts Creek Road Bridge network in Porepunkah, Victoria.
Following recent success at the "Bridges Renewal Programme" Round 3 funding from the Victorian State Government (Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources - DEDJTR), Alpine Shire has commissioned engineering designs to substantiate load limit increases to the three bridges that form the "Roberts Ck Road Bridge Network" in Porepunkah, Victoria.
The works include carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) strengthening to Bridge No. 1, reinstatement of fender walls and rock beaching to Bridge No. 2 and a complete deck replacement to Bridge No. 3.
This tender comprises three separable portions. Contractors can provide a submission addressing the requirements of one, two or all three bridges.
