The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EoI) Invitation is to invite qualified organisations or consortia to formally express an interest in hosting the National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP).
An Assessment Panel consisting of representatives from the NRSPP’s Steering Committee (SC) and Governance Board (GB)will evaluate each EoI against the Key Selection Criteria.
This EoI Invitation seeks to:
- outline the background and governance of the NRSPP;
- what the program entails, its operating budget and associated projects it administers;
- define terms, conditions and arrangements for the submission of an EoI;
- the procurement, key selection criteria and evaluation process for selecting a preferred host; and
- finalisation process for selecting a new host and related transitional arrangements.
