Suppliers are invited by Austroads to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) Offer for the procurement (supply and maintain) of the Austroads IT Registry System.
The Austroads IT Registry System will be an online centralised system that is intended to provide for the operational management of individuals and organisations that are registered to deliver services to Austroads members and others.
These services are part of the broad training and registration environment. The first application of this Austroads IT Registry System is the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM). Austroads has also identified future applications beyond the current TTM.
Specifically, Austroads is seeking interested parties that may supply and maintain the system.
Purpose:
The Austroads IT Registry System will be a public cloud based centralised system that is intended to provide for the operational management of individuals and organisations that are registered to deliver services to Austroads members and others.
Deliverables:
Austroads is expecting the following Austroads IT Registry operational dimensions of a supplier’s offerings:
1. Software as a Service
2. Public cloud based (hosting on AWS or Azure)
3. Decoupled or component-based architecture (fully documented permitting the interface with other systems permitting the transfer to and from the Austroads IT Registry)
4. Territorial sovereignty of data (i.e., all data collected in Australia is stored in Australia and all data collected in New Zealand is stored in New Zealand)
5. Based on customisation of offering and not building the proposed Austroads IT Registry
6. Maintenance and support based on as a minimum Australian east coast operating hours.
Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
All submissions are to include a completed Tender Proposal Coversheet.
