Purpose/Objective:

The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive set of guidelines for the design, placement and application of transverse rumble strips, including site selection criteria and consideration of pavement materials, strip spacing and dimensions.

Deliverables:

NEG6443 Design and implementation guidance for transverse rumble strips is expected to produce the following deliverables:
• Research Report
• A webinar
• Project data with populated metadata spreadsheet

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
