ESE6519 Environment and Sustainability Stocktake 2025-27
Purpose/ Objective:

The purpose of this project is to:
• Understand the nature and evolution of environment and sustainability work undertaken by Austroads members
• Discover emerging priorities
• Identify potential future projects to address gaps and leverage best practice
• Share knowledge among Austroads members

Deliverables:

This project will produce the following deliverables:

Management products:
• Project plan including product and quality criteria and time schedule
• Stakeholder engagement plan
• Data management plan
• Risk and issues log
• Records of meetings, engagement and consultation
• Quality management plan
• Monthly progress reports

Final product
• Database of sustainability initiatives (MS word / pdf)
• External (published) report
• Case studies
• Evaluation (3rd year)
• Project data with populated metadata spreadsheet

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
