Purpose:
To develop a consistent procedure for undertaking controlled measuring and weighing of Class 1 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to provide consistent data for the assessment of access to road networks for all jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand.
Deliverables:
1. a research paper summarising the current practice and requirements of each jurisdiction
2. a ‘controlled measuring and weighing’ procedure document that is practical and implementable
3. Jurisdictional agreement on an implementation system (such as submission of certified data to NHVR or jurisdictional registration authority)
4. a webinar to disseminate project findings
Also included is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
