Purpose:
Stage 3 will establish a governance framework, develop high priority national architecture content and resources, undertake stakeholder engagement to support and encourage its use - particularly for C-ITS initiatives. It will also identify consideration for the further development of the NIA framework, including through related projects across other Austroads programs.
Stage 3 will be delivered through four (4) separate modules as follows:
1. Project Coordination and Stakeholder Consultation
2. Governance Framework and NIA Content Updates
3. Architecture Development (this module)
4. Data Concepts
Deliverables:
The tangible outputs will be provided to Module 1 including:
• International literature review relevant to Scope of Work for Module 3
• Content for webinars, Practitioner workshops and project reports
• Candidate NIA content and models as determined by PTL in consultation with the PRG and other stakeholders (to be considered through application of NIA Governance Framework with PRG)
Also included is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note, our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
