Purpose:
To develop a holistic and risk-based prioritisation framework to support investment decisions across and within service groups, asset classes and expenditure categories and including both temporal and spatial dimensions. The project will enhance existing asset management reporting by simplifying the presentation of options for decision makers while continuing to be underpinned by the asset management system and data.
Deliverables:
The tangible outputs of this project are envisaged to include a Research Report including the development of a simplified strategic investment dashboard template. The template will include both qualitative and quantitative measures, to support strategic and program level investment decisions.
A suite of dissemination and training materials targeted at different audiences including senior executives, road asset managers and practitioners, with the pilot materials (produced as part of this project) tested through various media and forums, including social media-type solutions, workshops and webinars.
Also included as part of this tender is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions.
