Provision of assurance and due diligence advice on managing the transition to new processes and systems to accommodate the introduction of the Road Vehicle Standards Act.
This consultancy will ensure Austroads’ transition from the Motor Vehicle Standards Act (MVSA) to the Road Vehicle Standards Act (RVSA) is being effectively managed.
The scope of this engagement includes:
• Undertake an assurance and due diligence review of Austroads’ approach to managing the transition from the MVSA to the RVSA
• Advice on the suitability of the current approach taken by Austroads in managing the transition
• Advice on actions to be taken to appropriately ensure that changes to NEVDIS processes and systems will be ready to coincide with the commencement of the various elements of the RVSA
• Documenting the change management approach
• Detailing an appropriate fit-for-purpose model approach (potentially based on ITIL) to managing this transition and outlining a path to moving from the current to a model approach
• If required, provide additional assistance to address issues identified by the consultant and to minimise risk which could include governance with key stakeholders, determining requirements, process and system design, verification, validation and testing,
• Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the Austroads executive on the management of the changes
• An ex-post report on how Austroads managed the transition
• Ensure the lessons of this transition are captured and translated into improved future practice.
Also included as part of this tender is our Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
