Purpose
Austroads Ltd and Transport Certification Australia Ltd (together known as Austroads) seeks Expressions Of Interest (EOI) from appropriately experienced service providers for advice on the creation of an Investment Strategy and ongoing investment management for Austroads.
Austroads is a not-for-profit association of Australian and New Zealand Roads and has three externally facing brands: Austroads, Transport Certification Australia and NEVDIS.
Things we would like advice on include, but are not limited to:
• Creation of an Investment Strategy that aligns with the general requirements of a not-for-profit association and Austroads’ strategic plan and risk profile.
• Preparation of an associated implementation plan to assist with implementing any Board approved Investment Strategy.
• Ongoing investment advice.
Austroads will use the Investment Strategy and implementation plan with the aim to employ positive investment outcomes now and into the future for Austroads and its members.

Deliverables
This work should produce the following deliverables:
• Detailed investment strategy for Austroads covering at least the next 3 years.
• Detailed implementation plan for the associated investment strategy.
• A framework for ongoing investment management and advice.

As part of this EOI, could you provide your companies experience, and your team members CVs.

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions.
