Purpose:

Austroads seeks responses from appropriately experienced service providers to provide an overarching strategic framework and roadmap for the future development and updating of Austroads guidance to support relevant organisations and practitioners’ role in progressing the resilience of the land transport system to climate change and natural hazards (CCNH).
The framework and roadmap are intended to support alignment and reduce inconsistencies across Austroads’ members work on climate resilience through the development of common guidance.

Deliverables:

This project will produce the following deliverables:
• Project Plan
• Research report including literature review, stakeholder engagement results, Austroads Transport System CCNH Resilience Framework, guidance gap analysis, proposed guidance model solution.
• CCNH Resilience Guidance Development Roadmap and Work Program
• Draft project proposals for each element of the work program
• Project data with populated metadata spreadsheet
• A draft internal report addressing comments by the Project Control Group (PCG)
• A final report addressing comments by the Environment and Sustainability Task Force (ESTF)

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
