Purpose/Objective:

The purpose of the project is to support prioritisation and rapid deployment of the best value, proven adaptation actions across transport projects and operations to support the climate resilience and adaptation of transport assets and services.

This project will guide users to:
• identify suitable and effective resilience adaptation actions applicable to transport assets or services
• appraise potential actions and select priorities for investment or service change
• understand the contribution actions could make to achieve climate resilience targets
• anticipate and manage issues associated with deploying resilience and adaptation actions.

Deliverables:

This project will produce the following deliverables:
Detailed Project Plan including proposed report structure and stakeholder engagement approach
• Project Data Management Plan
• Project Synopsis including structure of the report
• Research Report including identification and selection methodology and guidance
• Structured Library of Actions
• Presentation of a webinar on the findings, with published presentational materials.

• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
