Purpose:
ART6037 sets out to establish a national standardized methodology of assessing risks associated with routing Dangerous Goods through Tunnels.
This new project sets out to engage with those key stakeholders who are responsible for determining state and federal policy regarding dangerous goods and seeking their endorsement of the proposed assessment method.
Deliverable:The proposed output is a Technical Report covering the methodology endorsed by industry and consent authorities for the comparatively assessing dangerous goods routes. This will facilitate jurisdictions and projects to more readily assess risks. It is envisaged that the methodology will be an update of that delivered by ART6037.
The project will also deliver a report documenting the application of the derived methodology to a case study tunnel. The case study tunnel will be agreed by the Austroads Tunnel Task Force.
Also included is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note, our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
