Purpose:
The purpose of the project is to conduct research into the problems and challenges faced by transport agencies in the delivery of infrastructure projects and to consider and propose targeted and prioritised solutions for improving and optimising project delivery.
Deliverables:
The outputs of Stage 1 of the project will be a research report which will identify common challenges and issues faced by agencies in the delivery of infrastructure projects and the consequential impacts. Stage 2 of the project will consider possible solutions to the problems identified in Stage 1.
Also included as part of this tender is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
