Purpose:

The purpose of this project is to provide a framework for Austroads members to plan effective investment in staff leading network operations management based on a review of the necessary capabilities and experience expected to be of most significance and sensitivity in future transport network operations.

Deliverables:

This project will produce the following deliverables:

Management products:
1. Project plan including project schedule and detailed scope
2. Stakeholder engagement plan
3. Data management plan
4. Risks and issues log
5. Records of meetings, engagement and consultation
6. Weekly checkpoint reports
7. Monthly progress reports

Interim and final products:

Interim products:
1. Interim report containing the literature review and stakeholder consultation findings.

Final products:
2. Final report containing the results of the literature review, stakeholder consultations, and the recommended capability framework.

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:

• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.

All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
