Purpose:
Austroads seeks responses from appropriately experienced service providers to examine how government road agencies can use fibre optic detection technologies to support improved road agency services and functions.
Deliverables:
This project will produce the following deliverables:
Management products:
1. Project plan including product and quality criteria, and time schedule
2. Stakeholder engagement plan
3. Data management plan
4. Risks and issues log
5. Records of meetings, engagement and consultation
6. Quality management plan
7. Weekly checkpoint reports
8. Monthly progress reports
9. Traceability matrices demonstrating how the Composition items have been met by the interim and final products.
Interim products:
1. Stage 1: Draft report research section
2. Stage 2: Draft report guidance section (and updated research section). Note this is to be delivered following release of a hold point by Austroads.
Final product:
1. Final report (Research and Guidance for Fibre Optic Detection Technologies) incorporating both research and guidance, and delivery of a one-hour webinar.
Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
All submissions are to include a completed Tender Proposal Coversheet.
The naming convention for submissions is: [your Company name] – [Project No.] – [any internal reference numbers].
