Purpose/Objective:
To improve the performance of transport assets and services to climate-related hazards through the development of climate resilience and adaptation metrics to monitor performance and drive change.

This project will provide climate resilience metrics and performance indicators to support consistent measurement and reporting of network resilience, which will allow members to:
• assess the success of adaptation actions
• set goals and track progress in adapting networks and services to be climate resilient
• compare resilience across regions, sectors and communities
• understand the best-value adaptation actions
• identify and implement successful practices.

Deliverables:
This project will produce the following deliverables:
• Detailed Project Plan including proposed Research Report structure and Engagement Plan
• Data Management Plan
• Performance Metric Table
• Research Report
• Presentation of a Webinar on the findings, with published presentational materials.

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
