Purpose:
The purpose of the project is to develop a standardised asset operational and performance dataset for critical ITS assets that contribute to journey planning, congestion management, and traffic control. The development and establishment of an ITS asset management dataset will provide the opportunity to develop operational and performance metrics that enable the effective and efficient management of the ITS technology infrastructure, and the sharing of knowledge and experience across road agencies.
Deliverables:
The tangible outputs for the project include:
•An agreed list of critical ITS Assets and the required operational and performance data sets to supportmanagement of the technology,
•Key performance targets,
•Verification of the methodology used to align the performance objectives against community impact andexpectations,
•Ability to monitor and measure the effectiveness of ITS asset management,
•Ability to develop ITS asset renewal and upgrade plans.
We have included our Consultancy Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note, our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
